It is a beautiful time to put this out: 20 years! The spirit behind and beyond the music puts a clear mark in the public permanent record of the history of music. It is spirit music and moment music, evolved from an intuitive chemistry among four fantastic improvisers, that now has earned its place and there will be ripples in the spirit fabric, repercussions and sonic reverberations that will eventually make themselves known.

We all have been humbled by music, over and over. Across the landscape of many musical contributions, this music stands as something that needs to be a part of the conversation, and something that the other creators should hear. All should listen, just like so much music that all should listen to. There are records that are core, and you can tell when folks have checked them out and when they haven't.

These four records are unique and powerful and it's not outside the realm of possibility that someday, folks will be able to tell those who have checked out the Supplicants and those who haven't...
